RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at www.thcforsale.com. We take pride in the quality of the brands we carry
and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return,
your item must meet the following criteria:
-The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-The item must be in the original, unopened packaging (including all safety seals intact).
-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Consumables: Due to the nature of our products (Flower, Edibles, Pre-Rolls,
Vapes), we cannot accept returns on any products where the original manufacturer's
seal has been broken or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (e.g., a leaking vape cartridge or broken seal upon arrival), please contact our Customer Care team immediately at support@thcforsale.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective items).

5. Bundles
Bundled items must be returned as a complete set. We cannot accept partial returns of individual items within a Bundle for a refund.
